Music

Music is a high point of the worship service. We have a talented group of singers and musicians. The music is generally a keyboard or hand chimes with the children's choir (Ring 'n' Sing) leading the music. Occasionally, there may be a flute, french horn, trumpet, clarinet and/or harp leading the music. During the Summer, Kerry Price, generally, plays the keyboard and leads the singing. During the rest of the year, Kerry, generally leads one of the choirs during worship.

Music Director

We are fortunate to have the Kerry Price as our Music Director for over 30 years. She is an accomplished singer and musician. She has been a solo performer as well as accompaning or being part of an ensemble with many local groups including Ridgedale Players, Stagecrafters, Village Players, General Motors Choir, Bazeal Dennard Chorus. Kerry plays during service as well as leads the Pilgrim Adult Choir and the Children's (Ring'n'Sing) Choir.

Pilgrim Adult Choir

This is for High School age and above. They rehearse on Wednesday evening from 8-9:30 PM and perform most Sunday's during the year (warm up is at 10:50 AM on performance Sundays). For more information contact Kerry.

Ring'n'Sing

This is for 2nd grade through 8th grade. The sing and play hand chimes (no experience necessary). They rehearse on Sunday mornings before Sunday School (9:30 - 10:00 AM) September thru Mid-May. They perform approximately every 6 weeks. For more information contact Kerry.

Music Makers

Music Makers is the last week of July (July 26-30 in the afternoon after Vacation Bible School). It is a kid's Christian Musical that is also known as the 4 day miracle since at the beginning of the week the kid's meet for the first time to start learning the musical and by Friday they are putting on multiple performances. This has been going on for over 30 years. This year's production is "Life School Musical" The performance schedule is as follows:

• Friday, July 30: 11:15 AM - 12:15 PM
• Friday, July 30: 7:30 PM with an ice cream social to follow
• Sunday, Aug 1: 10:00 AM (during service)
